Our Property Oversight & Care memberships provide professional, documented home checks for second homes and seasonal residences. We act as your trusted set of eyes, monitoring your home, running water, and flushing toilets, and keeping you informed so nothing goes unnoticed.
While we don’t perform cleaning or repairs, we’re happy to coordinate access and be on-site for your preferred service providers if needed.

Getting Started
Step 1: Choose Your Visit Frequency
Select a Property Oversight & Care membership based on how often you’d like your home checked — 2, 4, or 8 visits per month.
Step 2: Complete Your Onboarding Form
You’ll receive a short onboarding form where you’ll share property details, access instructions, emergency contacts, and any preferences we should know about.
Step 3: We Review & Confirm
We review your information, confirm your start date, and assign a trusted member of our team to your property.
Step 4: Schedule Your Visits
At the beginning of each month, you’ll select your visit dates based on your membership level. Visits are scheduled in advance to ensure consistent and reliable oversight.
Step 5: Ongoing Oversight & Reporting
After each visit, you’ll receive a photo-documented report and a brief summary. If we notice anything that needs attention, we’ll notify you promptly and help coordinate next steps if needed.

What This Isn't
Property Oversight & Care does not include routine cleaning, maintenance, or repairs. If we observe an issue, we’ll notify you promptly so you can schedule your preferred service provider.
In the event of a minor, immediate concern (such as a small water spill or moisture observed during a visit), we may take simple steps to reduce further impact and will document and report it accordingly. For any larger cleaning or remediation needs, we’re happy to coordinate access for your service providers if requested.
